Clear expectations before engraving begins.

Quotes and acceptance

A quote request is free and does not commit either party. Product availability, design, final price, and timing are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Artwork and proofs

Clear, high-resolution artwork is required. Artwork cleanup, conversion, or recreation starts at $25 when needed. Nothing is engraved until the customer approves the final proof and confirms all names, dates, and spelling.

Payment

Orders under 10 of the same product require full payment before engraving. Bulk orders of 10 or more of the same product require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Bulk orders

Bulk items must use the same product, color, and engraved design. Only individual names may change.

Turnaround and shipping

Standard orders generally take 3–5 business days after payment, design approval, and product availability. Bulk timelines are quoted individually. Shipping time and cost are additional.

Custom-item refunds

Custom payments become nonrefundable after proof approval and production begins. Exceptional circumstances outside the customer’s or Cliff’s control are handled individually and fairly.
